    • $45 / hr 
    • $349 / day  (10 hours limit)

    Not-For-Profit organizations get an additional 15% *

    COVID-19: Since events can happen within or after reception hours, we ask the booker to comply with the Health and Safety guidelines to confirm that all attendees are fully vaccinated or have valid exemptions.

    Cancellation:
    Full refund will be given back for cancellation requested up to 5 business days prior to the start date of the rental.  All fees are non-refundable if cancellation of the event occurs less than 5 business days or less before the event is scheduled.

    Perfect for large meetings, conferences, training classrooms, workshops or movie screenings.  Can also be used as an empty room for paint nights, yoga class, etc.

    • $79 / hr  (+ $50 for set up / clean up)
    • $599 / day  (+ $90 for set up / clean up)
