Everything You Need to Know Before Booking Our Venues for Events in Ottawa

For weekday events, 2-4 weeks' notice is usually sufficient. For weekend bookings, we recommend 4-8 weeks in advance, especially in spring, summer, and the holiday season. High-demand dates fill up quickly. You can check live availability on the Collabüro booking calendar without contacting us first.

Each space includes projector or smart TV, surround or stereo sound, wired and wireless microphones, whiteboard, and high-speed wifi. Video conferencing setup is available with most rooms for an additional fee.

Yes. We are conveniently located in Little Italy, where you have several options for parking within a few minutes' walk:
  • Free Street Parking: There is free street parking available on nearby streets with time limits ranging from 1 to 3 hours.
  • Paid Parking Lots: There are also multiple reasonably priced paid parking lots in the immediate area.

Yes. Any two or more spaces can be combined to accommodate your event needs. For larger gatherings, the Main Hall can be combined with the Patio or the Elevated Area (which serves as an extension of the Main Hall) to comfortably fit more attendees. Please contact us for specific combined-space pricing and configuration options to suit your event.
